Analysis and review of the LC, with any requests for changes;

Analysis of documents produced by third parties (transport documents, Eur1, ATR, insurance certificates, inspection certificates, etc.);

Support in managing disputes with the bank over discrepancies or regulations.

Production and verification of beneficiary documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.);

Submission of documents to the bank on behalf of the beneficiary, if necessary;

Operational functioning:

- A complete PDF file of the beneficiary’s documents, including any drafts, additional copies and communications to be sent to third parties;
- Any Certificate of Origin template to be sent to the Chamber of Commerce;
- Drafts of documents prepared by third parties (transport documents, declarations, etc.);
- Mandate for the submission of documents to the bank.
The beneficiary receives detailed instructions via email, with PDF files to print and sign, as well as the original documents from third parties, ready for delivery to the bank.
