Object of the treatment<\/h3><p>The Data Controller processes personal, identifying, and non-sensitive data (including, but not limited to, name, surname, company name, address, telephone number, email address \u2013 hereinafter, &#8220;personal data&#8221; or &#8220;data&#8221;) provided by you when completing electronic forms on the Website and through online requests.<\/p><h3>2. Categories of data subject to processing and purposes<\/h3><h5>2.1 Browsing data<\/h5><p>The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. The website also transmits information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) \u200b\u200baddresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user&#8217;s operating system and IT environment. This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to verify its proper functioning. It is deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site. Except for this eventuality, web contact data is currently retained for no longer than seven days.<\/p><h5>2.2 Data provided voluntarily by the user and purpose of processing<\/h5><p>The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site or the completion of contact forms entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender&#8217;s address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. The data is collected through our website and stored at our offices, partly on paper and partly electronically, for the explicit and legitimate purposes indicated below:<\/p><ul><li>fulfill obligations established by law, regulation, EU legislation, or an order from an authority, or upon request from the Italian or foreign government or the Italian Chamber of Commerce;<\/li><li>exercise the Data Controller&#8217;s rights, such as the right to assert a claim in court.<\/li><\/ul><p>The provision of data and consent to the processing of personal data by the user are optional and necessary to ensure the purposes described above. Consent to the processing of personal data is provided by the user by selecting the appropriate fields on the electronic forms on the site.<\/p><h3>3. Processing methods and data retention period<\/h3><p>Your personal data is processed using the operations indicated in Article 4 of the Privacy Code and Article 4(2) of the GDPR, specifically: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, erasure, and destruction of data.<br \/>Your personal data is processed both on paper and electronically and\/or automatically, through the use of a website hosted on the data controller&#8217;s server or on the websites of external companies that allow the data controller to offer its services (for example, providing online assistance or storing files for customers by providing their email address and name for download). The Data Controller will process the personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, for no longer than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for service purposes and for no longer than 2 years from the date of data collection for other purposes. In compliance with the provisions of Article 5, paragraph 1, letter e) of EU Regulation 2016\/679, the personal data collected will be retained in a form that permits identification of data subjects for a period of time no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is processed.<\/p><h3>4. Security<\/h3><p>The Data Controller has implemented a wide variety of security measures to protect your data against the risk of loss, misuse, or alteration. Specifically, it has adopted the measures referred to in Articles 32-34 of the Privacy Code and Article 32 of the GDPR. Where necessary for more secure communications, it uses data encryption technology established by the AES (BCrypt) standards and the protected data transmission protocols known as HL7 and HTTPS.<\/p><h3>5. Access to data<\/h3><p>Your data may be made accessible for the purposes described to:<\/p><ul><li>employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as persons in charge and\/or internal data processors and\/or system administrators;<\/li><li>third-party companies or other entities (web domain providers, web hosting providers, web agencies, etc.) that perform outsourced activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as data processors.<\/li><\/ul><h3>6. Data Communication<\/h3><p>Without your express consent (pursuant to Article 24, letters a), b), and d) of the Privacy Code and Article 6, letters b) and c) of the GDPR), the Data Controller may communicate your data for the purposes set out in Article 2 to supervisory bodies and judicial authorities, as well as to all other entities to whom communication is required by law. However, we ensure that your personal data will never be made public on the Data Controller&#8217;s website.<\/p><h3>7. Data Transfer<\/h3><p>Personal data will be managed and stored in Europe, on servers located in Europe belonging to the Data Controller and\/or third-party companies, including abroad, appointed as Data Processors for the use of the requested services. The personal data provided may be transferred abroad, both within and outside the European Union, within the limits and under the conditions set forth in Articles 44 et seq. of EU Regulation 2016\/679, in order to comply with the purposes related to the transfer.<\/p><h3>8. Nature of the data provision and consequences of refusal to respond<\/h3><p>Providing data for the purposes set out in Article 2 is necessary to guarantee you the Services set out in Article 2.2. You may decide not to provide any data or to subsequently object to the processing of data already provided. Providing the personal data requested when completing the forms, as well as consent to their processing, while entirely at the user&#8217;s discretion, is necessary to allow the Data Controller to process their requests.
